CuPo

Visualize News, Understand Reality

CuPo comes from the combination of two words: Cultures and Politics, the heart of this website.

We live in a world dominated by the economy of time and the lust for power. In this scenario, cultural and artistic expressions are often overlooked by journalism and politics, but often they embody and address issues that affect and shake our lives daily.

Living in multicultral societies that to communicate increasingly rely on visual contents, CuPo aims at making knowledge observable and reality questionable. CuPo presents news and ideas through images, that while investigating new visual and artistic perspectives, integrate and complete brief, but accurate, written analyses.  Additionally, we try to shade a light on sources that are often overlooked or unaccesible to the general public, like academic publiations and books.

The Founder

Deborah Scaggion is a LLM

student with a passion for
Arts, Culture(s) and Politics.

Supplied with a multidisciplinary background and an endless curiosity, she is

often moving through space and ideas.

This webmagazine was born
to unite two of her biggest passions:

CULTURES and POLITICS
